Ruby’s Counter & Sauce Co is a loving tribute to owner Coreen’s beloved grandmother, Ruby, whose passion for cooking homestyle meals left a lasting impression on her family. Inspired by her legacy, the owners of Ship to Shore, Coreen and Duncan envisioned a 50’s retro-style diner that exudes warmth and nostalgia, offering hearty home-cooked fare and a welcoming atmosphere in a convenient grab-and-go style.

Our journey began by crafting the visual identity for Ruby’s Sauce Company, an extension of Ruby’s Counter known for its unique flavours that elevate any dish. Drawing inspiration from vintage 50’s diner aesthetics, we infused our designs with nostalgic fonts, colours, and illustrations, breathing new life into Ruby’s memory and establishing her as a delightful destination in Kensington, PEI.
